BALL MOUNTS: BLACK POWDER COAT FINISH CLASS II/III/IV 2 " SQ. BALL MOUNTS: BLACK POWDER COAT FINISH BALL MOUNTS Ball mounts vary by weight rating, shaft length, and rise/drop measurements. Husky’s Class I, II, III & IV Ball Mounts are manufactured with a precise rise or drop to suit each of the applications. Rise/drop measurements become important in Class III and IV, and Husky offers you a wide range of rise/drop choices. Weight rating is limited to vehicle tow rating; see vehicle owner’s manual. FOR BALL MOUNT RISE: A = Distance from ground to bottom of trailer coupler. B = Distance from ground to top I.D. of the receiver tube opening. C = Amount of rise necessary to keep trailer level. FOR BALL MOUNT DROP: A = Distance from ground to bottom of trailer coupler. B = Distance from ground to top I.D. of the receiver tube opening. C = Amount of drop necessary to keep trailer level. A: Measure from the ground to the top of the hitch. B: Measure from the ground to the INSIDE top of the trailer coupler (when level) C: Determine the “DROP” or “Rise” DROP: if the coupler is LOWER than the hitch: ADD the height of the hitch ball (usually 3”) RISE: if the coupler is HIGHER than the hitch: SUBTRACT: the height of the hitch ball (usually 3”) EXAMPLE: a 7” DROP is needed to make this trailer level. 4” (Hitch - Coupler) + 3” (Hitch Ball Ht.) = 7” (DROP) 21” 17” 4” 31341 31342 31357 31361 31364 31358 Limited lifetime warranty 6 BALL MOUNTS TOWING
